Good morning, and welcome to Dave’s Diner, it’s a wonderful day today, and what a great time to have in the studio with us the one and only Big Heavy D, Drummer and Vocalist on the Fuquallys hit track Blueberry Hill, originally by Fats Domino, With a number 1 hit in Serbia and Macedonia and within the top 10 in Latvia and the Ukraine they continued to ‘Wooo’ the audiences of Eastern Europe.

Preliminary Task Evaluation

I enjoyed doing this task, it incorporated scripting (of which a full version shall be put in the next post), writing Jingles, recording audio, audio editting and compiling the final product. All of which were very enjoyable. I had a lot of ideas for this task, some of which I couldn't do because of the time limit. But I put the most I could do into this piece.

I worked hard to try and make this part of a radio show replicate a real show. I had gathered together all the material necessary to make the show, with links and jingles to create and record live in our radio studio. This enabled me to recreate it as a real production being as close to life, the only difference is that I wasn't broadcasting, it was only recorded.

There wouldn't be much that I would change in the production side of things with this task, I would of tried to make it slightly shorter. Other than that I wouldn't have changed much at all.

I have had a lot of experience with recording and audio editting, so I have been fairly comfortable with that for some time. The thing that really benifited me by doing this task, was putting together a radio show and also scripting. Both things I had to learn to do for this task.
